Your Voice is a Tool for Healing

I invite you to join in on this zoom session where I will guide you in using your voice and breath to create healing and relaxation in your body, to support you holistically. We are all energy, and creating sound vibration in your body lowers cortisol and stress response, and nurtures you on every level.

This work, this process has been powerful for me, and for everyone who has joined me for a session thus far. I want you to be able to experience this in the comfort of your own home. So I've decided to lead this process online.
